Implantologist in Casablanca: dental implants

Replacing one or more teeth, for the long term

A dental implant is the most stable way to replace a missing tooth, without touching the neighbouring teeth. At Casa Anoual Dental Clinic, Dr Zniber Mounir plans each implant on a 3D scan (CBCT) taken at the clinic, then places it with guided surgery.

Our solutions

A solution for every situation

The implant replaces the root of the missing tooth; a crown, a bridge or a full arch is then attached to it.

01

Single implant

One tooth replaced by an implant and a crown, without grinding the neighbouring teeth.

02

Implant-supported bridge

Several adjacent teeth replaced on a reduced number of implants.

03

Full arch

All the teeth of one jaw on 4 to 6 implants: see All-on-4.

Your situation

Which solution for you?

The choice is made after the clinical examination and the 3D scan. Here are the most common cases.

How it works

From consultation to placement

Each step relies on digital tools to limit surprises on the day of the procedure.

01

Clinical assessment and 3D scan

Full examination and CBCT at the clinic to measure the available bone (learn more).

02

Implant planning

Position, axis and depth of each implant defined on screen, away from the nerve and the sinus.

03

3D-printed surgical guide

Custom-designed and printed at the clinic, with no laboratory delay (learn more).

04

Guided placement

Under local anaesthesia, often without opening the gum widely, for a shorter procedure.

05

Healing and crown

The bone fuses with the implant, then the final crown or bridge is made from a digital impression.

Placement under local anaesthesia

Implant placement is done under local anaesthesia. Moderate discomfort may last a few days, usually well controlled by the prescribed painkillers. Everything is explained and priced in a detailed quote before the procedure.

Frequently asked questions

Implantology: your questions

Is the procedure painful?

Placement is done under local anaesthesia. Moderate discomfort may persist for a few days, usually well controlled by the prescribed painkillers.

How long does the whole treatment take?

It depends on bone healing and the number of implants: generally allow several months between placement and the final crown.

What does guided surgery actually bring?

It allows the implant to be placed exactly as planned digitally, safely away from nerves and neighbouring structures.

Can I have a temporary tooth straight away?

Depending on implant stability and the clinical situation, a temporary solution can sometimes be fitted the same day. This is assessed case by case.

Which implant brands do you use?

The clinic works with Straumann, Neodent and ETK. The choice depends on your situation and is explained to you before the quote.
