All-on-4 in Casablanca: fixed teeth on 4 implants
For patients who have lost all their teeth, or whose remaining teeth cannot be kept, All-on-4 restores a complete fixed bridge, screwed onto just four implants. At Casa Anoual Dental Clinic, everything starts with a 3D scan taken on site.
Four strategically placed implants
Two implants at the front of the jaw, two at the back with a calculated tilt to use the available bone and avoid delicate areas.
Often without a graft
Tilted implants use the existing bone by avoiding the sinus (upper jaw) or the nerve (lower jaw). The CBCT assessment will show whether a graft is still needed.
Fixed teeth
The bridge is screwed onto the implants: it is not removed for eating or sleeping. Only the dentist removes it during check-ups.

The steps of your treatment
Full assessment and CBCT
Clinical examination, 3D scan at the clinic and digital impressions to assess bone volume (learn more).
Digital planning
Dr Zniber virtually positions the four implants and designs the prosthetic project; a 3D-printed surgical guide can reproduce this plan.
Procedure
Under local anaesthesia, teeth that cannot be kept are extracted if needed, then the four implants are placed.
Fixed temporary bridge
When implant stability allows it, a fixed temporary bridge is fitted in the following days. Otherwise, a transitional solution is offered.
Final bridge
After bone healing, generally a few months, the final bridge is made with our partner dental laboratory.
Follow-up and care
Regular check-ups and suitable hygiene (interdental brush, water flosser) to make the treatment last.

Is the procedure done under general anaesthesia?
No. At the clinic, the procedure is carried out under local anaesthesia, which is enough to make it painless. The duration and course of the procedure are explained to you in detail beforehand.
What is the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-6?
All-on-6 uses six implants instead of four. It may be preferred depending on bone quality or the type of bridge. The choice is made during planning.
How long does an All-on-4 bridge last?
With good hygiene and regular check-ups, implants can last for many years. The bridge may need maintenance or replacement of some parts over time.
How much does All-on-4 cost in Casablanca?
